Flower delivery to Velim from Kutná Hora
Velim lies about 8 km north-west of Kolín. The Prague–Kolín railway line passes through the municipality. The village of Vítězov is also part of the municipality.
The Church of St Lawrence in Velim dates from the 13th century. Originally Romanesque, it was later altered in the Gothic style and then in the late Baroque style in the 18th century. The Evangelical church in the south-west of the municipality was created by rebuilding a toleration prayer house dating from 1784, and the congregation has its own cemetery. The chocolate factory in Velim produced Ricy chewing gum from 1902, regarded as the first chewing gum in Central Europe.
Petronila delivers flowers from Kutná Hora to Velim as well.
Flowers can be handed to the recipient at home, at the municipal office, at the primary school or nursery school, in the supported-housing building, or at a workplace such as the C&F Manufacturing plant.
