A local florist delivers flowers to Bečváry

Bečváry is about 11 km south-west of Kolín. The village lies on road I/2. Bečváry was first mentioned in 1265.

General Laudon had the Baroque chateau in Bečváry built. Construction was completed between 1766 and 1774. The chateau is privately owned.

Petronila, based in Kutná Hora, delivers flowers to Bečváry. The recipient therefore does not need to travel to Kutná Hora to collect a bouquet.

Flowers can be handed to recipients at home, at work or wherever they are staying. In Bečváry, handover can be arranged at the primary and nursery school, the municipal office, the health centre with GP and dental practices, or the pharmacy. The municipality also includes the local parts of Červený Hrádek, Hatě, Horní Jelčany and Poďousy. Domov Na Hrádku, a residential home for people with disabilities established by the Central Bohemian Region, is based in the chateau in Červený Hrádek near Bečváry.
